Elections at the phase level are over for 2020. Thanks to the support of the community, Welcome to Change Candidates won in Phase 2, 4, 4A and held their majorities in Phases 1 and 5. Phases 6 and 7 postponed their annual meeting to Spring 2021.

Welcome to Change representatives now represent 60% of the homeowners in Pembroke Falls. At the Annual Meeting held on Dec. 2, Welcome to Change Directors won six seats, and after a recall certified at the December 10 meeting, all the directors will work in changing the community for the better.

After security break-in in September 2019, and a meeting with the HOA Master Board, the Mayor and City Commissioner for our district, a group of homeowners got together at the clubhouse and decided to be active in making a difference in our community.

We focus on bringing positive changes to the direction of Pembroke Falls. Our goal is to have a Master Board of Directors that will be congenial, accountable and transparent in service to the homeowners.
